Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Graduation with at least 60% grades (at least 3 years)
- After graduation (at least two years) in:
- MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, or MMS with a focus on finance, international business, or foreign trade, OR
- Chartered Accountant (CA) (must be a member of ICAI)
Candidates for PG or CA in their last year who take the test in January 2026 are also eligible, but they must finish the qualification by June 1, 2026.

EXIM Bank MT Recruitment 2026: Age Limit (as on 31 December 2025)
As of December 31, 2025, the age restriction for the job of management trainee is set. On this date, a candidate must be at least 21 years old and not more than 28 years old. But according to the guidelines of the Government of India, people in reserved categories can get their age lowered. Candidates from the SC or ST categories can have their time limits extended by up to five years.
Candidates from the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category can have their time limits extended by up to three years. The upper age limit for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) may be increased, depending on their category, to a maximum of 43 years. These relaxations only apply if valid supporting documents are provided.

The selection will be done in two stages:

- Interview: 30% weightage
