- Customer Service Associate (CSA): 71 posts (Age: 21–32 years)
- Probationary Officer (Scale-I)—40 posts (Age: 21–32 years)
- Specialist Officers (Scale-I) are needed in the following areas: Risk, CA, IT, Law, Credit, Agriculture, and HR (Age: 21–32 years).
- Managers (Scale-II) – IT, Risk, CA, Law, Security (Age: 25–40 years, Security Officer up to 45 years)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- CSA & PO (Generalist): Graduation or post-graduation with minimum 50% marks.
- Risk Officer: MBA (Finance) or Master’s in Maths/Statistics/Econometrics with 60% marks.
- Chartered Accountant: Must be a qualified CA from ICAI.
- IT Officer: Engineering degree in computer/IT/electronics or a related field with 60% marks.
- Law Officer: LLB degree and enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Credit Officer: Graduation + 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM (Finance) with 60%.
- Agricultural Officer: 4-year degree in agriculture or a related field with 50%.
- HR Officer: Graduate + 2-year full-time PG degree/diploma in HR/Personnel Management.
- Scale-II Managers: Relevant qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (5 years for Security Officer).
Nainital Bank Recruitment 2026: Selection Procedure
The selection process includes:

Online Exam Pattern
- 200 questions for 200 marks
- Duration: 145 minutes
- Sections include: Reasoning, English, General Awareness (Banking), Quantitative Aptitude, Computer/Professional Knowledge
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
