- First Class Graduate (Except Arts) OR
- Postgraduate (Except Arts) with any class OR
- Chartered Accountant
Experience Requirements
- For First Class Graduates:
Minimum 15 years’ experience in a managerial category, including at least 3 years in Scale-III or above in:- Any nationalised bank, or
- As Department Head, or
- Senior Management in a reputed Financial Institution or Urban Co-operative Bank with minimum turnover of ₹200 Crores.
- For Post Graduates:
Minimum 12 years’ experience in a managerial category, including at least 3 years in Scale-III or above in the institutions mentioned above. - For Chartered Accountants:
Depth and relevance of experience will be the main consideration.
