IBPS RRB XV Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Candidates have to appear for the Preliminary Examination.
- Candidates who qualify in the prelims will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.
- Final selection for Office Assistant will be based on Main Examination marks and the vacancies available.
- Officer Scale I: Candidates will first appear for the Preliminary Examination.
- Candidates qualifying in the prelims will appear for the Main Examination.
- Shortlisted Scale I candidates will then be called for the Common Interview.
- Officer Scale II and III: Candidates will appear for a Single Online Examination.
- Candidates shortlisted after the online exam will be called for the Interview.
- For Officer posts, the Online Examination and Interview carry 80:20 weightage in the final score.
- Final provisional allotment will be made based on merit, candidate preferences and vacancies reported by the participating RRBs.
