Eligibility Criteria for IFFCO Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Candidates for Technician Apprentice (Diploma) jobs must have a diploma in a field related to the job, such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & control, electronics, or civil engineering, and they must have at least 60% of the total marks. You can only apply if you got your diploma on or after June 1, 2021.
To apply for a Technician Apprentice (Attendant Operator/Lab Assistant – CP) position, you need to have a full-time B.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology with at least 55% marks. The same need for a completion date (on or after June 1, 2021) still stands.
Candidates for Trade Apprentice jobs, like Electrician, Fitter, Electronic Mechanic, Draughtsman, and COPA, must have passed High School with at least 60% of the total marks in Maths and Science, as well as an ITI certificate in the trade they want to work in.
Candidates from the SC/ST groups can get a 5% break on the minimum qualifying marks. According to government rules, the age limit is 18 to 27 years, although SC/ST candidates can be 5 years older and OBC candidates can be 3 years older.
