IOB Security Guard Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
- Online Objective Test: Candidates will first appear for an online test carrying 80 marks. It includes English Language, Aptitude, Arithmetic, and Psychometric Tests, with 20 marks for each section.
- Tamil Language Test: Candidates will also have to appear for a separate Tamil Language Test carrying 20 marks. The Bank will decide the qualifying cut-off based on candidate performance and vacancies.
- Physical Fitness Test: Candidates who qualify in the Online Test and Tamil Language Test will be called for the Physical Fitness Test, which carries 100 marks.
- Physical Tests: The fitness test includes Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, a 1-kilometre Run and Drill. Candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying marks in each test.
- Final Merit: The final selection will be based on the combined marks obtained in the Online Objective Test, Tamil Language Test and Physical Fitness Test, followed by reservation-wise merit ranking.
