IOB SO Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
The selection process consists of an Online Examination followed by a Personal Interview. The Bank may conduct preliminary screening/shortlisting based on candidates’ qualifications, experience and profiles before calling the requisite number of candidates for the examination and interview.
