Educational Qualification and Experience
The notification does not prescribe a conventional academic qualification such as a specific degree or Class 10/12 qualification for these posts. Instead, candidates must possess the required Certificate of Competency or relevant State Government work experience, along with at least 20 years of relevant experience.

MCL Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
- Eligible candidates will be called for a Personal Interview after verification of their eligibility.
- Original documents of eligible candidates will be verified on the date of the interview.
- The selection merit list will be prepared based on qualifications, experience, computer knowledge, and personal interview.
- The merit list of successful candidates will be published on the MCL website and notice boards of the concerned areas.
- Selected candidates will receive a provisional Offer of Engagement according to their position in the merit list.
- Candidates must accept/join within 15 days of publication of the merit list; otherwise, the offer may be cancelled.
