Selection Process

The selection will be merit-based only:

• Based on marks obtained in ITI/Diploma/Graduation

• Preference given to candidates living within a 16 km radius of the plant
• Tie-breaking rules:
  • Older candidate preferred
  • If the same DOB → Higher marks in Matric
